Tours Metropolis expands its EMF Observatory
In early 2023, Tours Metropolis Val de Loire installed 5 real-time electromagnetic wave measurement sensors in 4 of its municipalities. Beyond the monitoring of field levels, the device makes it possible to enrich the data available to the general public. The objective is to allow a better understanding of the fluctuations of electromagnetic fields in relation with the frequentation of the population and their activities in general.
